Terms And Conditions

General:

• Anyone can create a profile for free.
   

• For as long as your profile is active (displaying) you can be contacted anytime.
   

• If you are contacted, it is polite to reply, even if you are not interested in communicating with the person.  If you are not interested, a simple "thanks for your email but I am not interested in doing language exchange at the moment" message is appreciated.  If you are interested, you can reply with any information you feel comfortable in giving.

 

Profiles:

• Do not use any part of phone numbers, email address, ID names etc in your "Nickname" or "About you" sections.  Profiles with these will be deleted.
   

• Do not upload a photo which could be offensive to others (Language Exchange Partner reserves the right to decide if an image is regarded as offensive).  You will be notified by Language Exchange Partner to remove/change your photo.  If it is not changed within 3 days, we will delete your profile.
   

• Do not include any text that people may find offensive, including, but not limited to adult related, religious, racist etc.

 

Sending Messages:

• As a full member, you can contact unlimited people, anytime you are a full member.
   

• Language Exchange Partner will not be responsible for any loss, damage etc. caused by the communications created from this language exchange system.
   

• When contacting people, you are responsible for all actions.  Only include the personal information you feel comfortable in giving (examples: phone number, email address, msn messenger/skype id etc).
