1. How do I make a profile?
   Simply click here to go to the "profile making page".  Enter your details and click submit.  Your profile will be automatically and instantly created and displayed after that.  You can update/edit your profile anytime.  You will see this feature every time you log into your account.
    

2. Is it free?
   It is 100% free to create a profile and be contacted by other members.  This will allow you to practice your non-native language with your language exchange partner/s for free. 
   
   To contact others, you will need to register as a full member, which does cost money.  You can register as a full member by clicking here.
    

3. How can I contact people?
   As a full (paying member) you can contact unlimited people simply by clicking on their nickname in the search results and sending them an email message.
    

4. How do I practice with my language exchange partner?
   Once you are in contact with your language exchange partner, it's totally up to both of you how, when and where you want to practice.  Language Exchange Partner recommends MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger and Skype as tools for text or voice chatting to practice with your language exchange partner.
